Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Manage front desk activities, including receiving and distributing mail/couriers Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary Handle emergencies in a calm and professional manner Required Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional attitude and appearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude
