Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Urgent Job Opening – Front Office Executive (Female) Company: Gratisco Water Treatment Posts: 1 (One) Qualification: Minimum Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). At least 1 year of experience in front office/administrative roles. Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Assamese preferred). Knowledge of social media posting and basic marketing. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.   The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners. Alongside reception duties, the role includes basic marketing support, customer coordination, and preparation of quotations/estimations to assist the business team. Key Responsibilities ·      Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. ·      Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. ·      Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules. ·      Coordinate with clients for service updates, payments, and project progress. ·      Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication. ·      Create and post daily social media updates (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). ·      Share promotional content, service highlights, and company updates. ·      Support digital outreach campaigns for water treatment solutions. ·      Prepare quotations and cost estimations for WTP, RO, ETP & STP projects. ·      Assist the technical team in drafting proposals and maintaining records. ·      Ensure accuracy and professionalism in client-facing documents. ·      Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation. ·      Assist HR and management with day-to-day office tasks. ·      Coordinate meetings and support internal communication.
