Job Summary:The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments. Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth office operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance. Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a busy environment.
