We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Telecaller to handle front desk operations and manage inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Receptionist Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations. Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and correspondence. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area. Telecaller Duties: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services. Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with customers on inquiries, feedback, and pending issues. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream. Proven experience as a Receptionist or Telecaller (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Execl data entry). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
