Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Global Health - Spine Joint & Laser Centre located in South Delhi. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for interpersonal communication, receptionist duties, customer service, and front office operations on a daily basis. Experience :- Minimum 2 Years Salary :- 15k to 20k Per month Qualifications Graduate is must. Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations Ability to handle a high-volume of inquiries and appointments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in a healthcare Industry is a plus Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related field Responsibilities Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient scheduling of consultations, tests, and procedures. Provide patients with necessary information regarding appointments and procedures. Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff. Maintain effective communication with patients, addressing their queries and concerns. Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations. Safeguard patient confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and coordinating with other departments.
