Shah Enterprises is looking for a proactive and versatile Receptionist cum HR Assistant who can handle front-desk operations along with administrative and human resource responsibilities. The candidate must be dynamic, flexible, and open to supporting various tasks, including general office administration and content creation for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors professionally and warmly.
• Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Managing office correspondence, emails, and courier services.
• Maintaining an organized and tidy front-desk area.

HR Assistant Duties:

• Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Managing employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
• Coordinating employee attendance, leaves, and preparing attendance reports.
• Assisting in organizing training sessions, meetings, and team-building activities.

Administrative and Social Media Duties:

• Supporting general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and office inventory management.
• Creating engaging and relevant content for the company's social media accounts.
• Coordinating with the digital marketing team to maintain the company's online presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, HR Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
