Job Role:

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Executive (Female) to join our HR team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR and admin tasks
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and other facility services.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage attendance and leave records
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR processes
• Should be organized and detail-oriented
• Only female candidates should apply
• Prior HR/Admin experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
