Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management and Quotation Management for the office supplies and other office equipment.
  • Keep a track of office supplies and inform to the concern staff to maintain the short supply.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate persons.
  • Manage the calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in planning and organizing office events and meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
