This role is crucial to the smooth running of our clinic and involves managing front-desk operations, coordinating with patients, and overseeing daily clinic activities. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and manage front-desk operations Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Handle patient inquiries in person, on phone, and via WhatsApp Manage billing, payments, and package renewals Maintain patient records and data accurately Coordinate with physiotherapists for smooth clinic flow Ensure the clinic is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked Handle basic administrative tasks (inventory, petty cash, etc.) Support clinic marketing and patient engagement activities if needed Requirements: Prior experience in a clinic/hospital/healthcare setup is preferred Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, etc.) Good communication skills in English and Hindi Professional, polite, and patient-focused attitude Ability to manage multitasking and handle responsibility Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
