Key Responsibilities: As a Receptionist, your primary duties will include: - Warmly greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff members. - Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls with professionalism. - Coordinating appointment schedules and meetings for clients and management. - Ensuring office security measures are followed and managing access control. - Handling client inquiries related to property listings and guiding them to the appropriate department. - Updating and maintaining client databases and records. - Keeping the reception area organized and well-equipped with necessary materials. - Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. - Assisting with basic administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry. - Supporting HR and administrative teams in planning company events and meetings.
