Job Description

Urgently Looking - RECEPTIONIST

Location - Nirman Vihar Delhi

Core duties and responsibilities

Visitor management: Greet and welcome guests, provide information, and ensure they are directed to the correct person. This includes managing security by issuing visitor badges and monitoring logbooks.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Scheduling: Manage and coordinate schedules, update calendars, book meeting rooms, and arrange for catering as needed.
Administrative support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Mail and supplies: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, and monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory.
Office maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, and liaise with maintenance staff for office upkeep.

Required skills and qualifications

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
Qualities: A professional attitude, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially are key.
Experience: Experience as a receptionist is often required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
