Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Sector 49, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive, preferably in the real estate/builder industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and front desk documentation.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Female candidates with 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive.
  • Experience in real estate/builder offices is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, customer-oriented, and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
