Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Sector 50, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service. This role requires 1-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including handling visitors and providing information.
  • Maintain employee and department directories for easy navigation.
  • Answer or refer inquiries from visitors and employees.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining accurate records and maps.
  • Handle back office computer work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
  • Proven experience in front office management, guest relationship management, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
