Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Sector 14 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle office work efficiently, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception duties and handling phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in receptionist or administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
