Job Description – Telecaller

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Sri Ganga Vilas. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our sweets, bakery products, and festive offers, taking bulk/corporate orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and offers.
• Handle inbound calls related to enquiries, orders, and customer support.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Share product catalogues, festival offers, and special promotions with customers.
• Coordinate with CRM, sales, and production teams for smooth order processing.
• Provide information on delivery status, order tracking, and customer queries.
• Collect feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper call records and daily reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
