Job Description

  • Handle incoming phone calls and provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Make outgoing calls for follow-ups, inquiries, and customer support.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the correct department or person.
  • Maintain visitor records, call logs, and basic office documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for messages, appointments, and meetings.
  • Manage front desk activities like receiving couriers, filing documents, etc.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
  • Provide customer support and resolve simple queries professionally.
  • Inform clients about ongoing projects, services, and company details when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
