Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Telecaller cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our solar business, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer operations, have excellent communication skills, and possess a basic understanding of solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software or Excel.
  • Book appointments and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
  • Greet visitors and clients, and manage front desk activities.
  • Handle email communications and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and managing documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Use telecalling scripts and adapt communication based on customer profile.
  • Report daily activities and call outcomes to the sales/marketing manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or in a similar role, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
  • Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [local language/s] and English.
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with patience and positivity.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy products and technology is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is desirable.
