Job Title Sales Executive – Solar EPC Division Job Summary We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our Solar EPC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and consultants. - Conduct site visits and initial assessments to understand client requirements. - Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets. - Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery. - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide periodic sales reports. #Required Qualifications - Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration; background in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in solar energy or industrial project sales (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. - Willingness to travel within assigned regions. ### Compensation Structure - **Fixed Salary**: ₹5,000 – ₹9,000 per month (based on experience and location). - **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives depending on project size and margin. - **Additional Benefits**: Travel allowance, mobile expense reimbursement, and annual performance bonus. ### Work Location Flexible (office-based + fieldwork within assigned territory). ### Employment Type Full-time ### Reporting To Business Development Head Sources Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
