We are looking for smart, energetic and confident Tele Callers who can communicate fluently in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Requirements:
Minimum ability to speak all three languages
Prior experience in telecalling / customer handling is preferable
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to convince and handle customer queries professionally
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers
Provide information and answer queries
Maintain call records and follow-up
