Indoor Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in choosing products based on their preferences. Explain the details of sweets, snacks, and other offerings (ingredients, taste, price, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the display counters. Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately. Manage stock rotation to ensure freshness. Record customer orders for bulk or festive purchases. Coordinate with kitchen and inventory staff for smooth operation. Ensure excellent customer service and promote repeat business.
