Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting customers and assisting them in selecting products based on their preferences. You will need to explain the details of sweets, snacks, and other offerings including ingredients, taste, and price. Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the display counters will be crucial. Handling billing and cash/card transactions accurately is an essential part of the role. It will also be your responsibility to manage stock rotation to ensure freshness and record customer orders for bulk or festive purchases. Coordinating with kitchen and inventory staff for smooth operation is also part of the job. Ensuring excellent customer service to promote repeat business is key.
