We’re Hiring: Real-Time Analyst – Workforce Management (WFM)
Location: Gurgaon
Role: Real-Time Analyst (RTA)Experience: Minimum 3 years in RTA (IC Role)CTC: Up to ₹8 LPAShift: 24x7 (5 working days)Transport: Two-way cab provided
Responsibilities:Monitor service levels and agent performance in real time across sites.Manage staffing adjustments and communicate intraday changes.Generate and update reports on KPIs, shrinkage, and occupancy.Collaborate with WFM and operations for real-time updates and actions.Requirements:Strong communication skills (English – B2 level or higher).Proficiency in MS Office and Workforce tools (Avaya, ACD, etc.).Graduate or equivalent qualification.
