Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Time Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee all operational support aspects of the contact center, including staffing, scheduling, and forecasting systems.
Facilitate and monitor workforce planning issues, such as policy and procedure implementation.
Monitor training programs across the contact center and ensure quality standards are met.
Develop and implement relevant solutions based on best practices and continuous improvement.
Lead junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.
Collaborate with teams to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in BPO or Call Centre industry.
Strong knowledge of customer experience management and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Proficient in executing established standards and processes, with a strong understanding of quality control measures.
Experience in managing multiple contact centers and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
A professional/university degree is required.
