Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and generate leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential buyers and generate leads
Explain project details, pricing, and amenities to prospects
Maintain follow-up with clients and schedule site visits
Update and manage data in CRM systems
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion

Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of real estate (preferred)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Comfortable working with targets
