Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for handling various real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in real estate development projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales processes, interacting with clients, handling property details, and ensuring all real estate operations are compliant with regulations. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes
• Strong Sales abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with Cold calling, lead generation, site visit, client meetings.
• Experience in the local Gurugram real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
