Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson at Urban Realtor, located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable properties that meet their needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating sales, preparing contracts, and managing transactions from start to finish. Additionally, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company's commitment to integrity and transparency.

Qualification

• Strong Sales skills and experience in the real estate sector
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
• Previous experience in the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
