Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Delhi, India. The Real Estate Salesperson will engage in daily tasks such as assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves prospecting for new clients, negotiating transactions, and preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Possess a Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate operations
• Proven track record in Sales and customer acquisition
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
