Real Estate Sales Executive

We're looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive in sales and marketing.

You'll be finding new customers, showing properties, negotiating deals, and hitting sales targets. You'll also build strong relationships with clients and stay updated on the market.

What you'll do:

• Find and connect with potential buyers.
• Show properties and explain their benefits.
• Help clients understand the market and investment potential.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.
• Keep up with real estate trends.
• Report on your sales progress.
• Work with our marketing team.
• Follow all real estate rules.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in real estate sales preferred, especially with plots, land, or new developments, freshers are most welcome to apply.
• Age 18+
• Good knowledge of real estate market.
• Excellent talking and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
