  • Client Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identifying potential buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, calls, and marketing activities.
  • Following up with leads and maintaining a strong client pipeline.
  • Property Listing & Marketing
  • Assisting property owners in listing homes or commercial spaces.
  • Preparing marketing materials, photos, and descriptions for online and offline platforms.
  • Conducting promotional activities such as open houses and social media campaigns.
  • Client Consultation & Needs Assessment
  • Understanding clients’ property needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Providing appropriate property recommendations and market insights.
  • Property Showings & Tours
  • Arranging and conducting property visits for potential buyers.
  • Highlighting property features, benefits, and potential opportunities.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Staying updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Advising clients on current market conditions.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management
  • Preparing, presenting, and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Ensuring all parties achieve fair and satisfactory deals.
  • Document Preparation & Compliance
  • Assisting in preparing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Transaction Coordination
  • Coordinating with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals.
  • Making sure all steps of the transaction are completed smoothly and on time.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout and after the transaction.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships for future referrals and repeat business.
  • Achieving Sales Targets
  • Working toward monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
  • Maintaining Professional Knowledge
  • Attending training, industry events, and continuing education to stay updated.
  • Keeping real estate licenses and certifications current.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
