We are seeking a enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Autohub Commercial for Derabassi location .The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales for commercial projects including showrooms and shops. 0–1 year of experience in real estate or any sales-related field. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and trends (preferred). Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties. Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers. Give property presentations and explain project features and pricing. Assist clients throughout the sales process, including documentation and payment plans. Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into deals. Maintain a strong database of leads and customers. Coordinate with the internal team for updates on inventory and pricing. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We Offer: Fixed salary between ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & performance). Attractive incentive structure per sale.
