Real Estate Salesperson

As a Sales Executive, your role involves serving customers by selling products and meeting their needs. You will be responsible for generating revenue through conducting the sale of the real estate product offering. Your key responsibilities will include: - Accompanying buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property. - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. - Visiting potential customers for new business opportunities. - Making accurate and rapid cost calculations, providing customers with quotations. - Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales effectively. - Gathering market and customer information to enhance sales strategies. - Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. - Reviewing your own sales performance against targets as you gain experience. - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
