Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Noida. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, managing documentation, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• Possessing a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends
• Sales skills and a proven track record in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is a plus
