Real Estate Sales Manager/Executive

• Roles And Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets through site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead inquiry to booking and documentation.
• Guide and monitor the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, campaigns, and site events.
• Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track lead performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support management decisions.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Conduct CP meetings, training sessions, and ensure their active participation in sales.

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is required.
• Excellent client handling and relationship-building skills
• Leadership capability to guide and motivate sales teams
• Good understanding of real estate market trends and pricing
• Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
