Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate must have minimum 1+ yrs of real estate experience in Gurgaon, preferably with reputed developers or channel partners who will play a pivotal role in driving sales and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, creative marketing skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential buyers and investors through market research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Present property details, benefits, and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and address client queries or concerns regarding the properties.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance against sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and information as needed.
  • Stay updated on client preferences and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
  • Manage client databases and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
