Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into signed agreements. If you have hands-on experience in closing residential or commercial deals and can guide clients smoothly from inquiry to handshake, you’ll feel right at home in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales activities, from lead follow-up to final closing.
• Conduct site visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Keep accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven deal-closing experience in real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and deliver effective solutions.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Ready to travel for site visits within Thane and nearby locations.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
