Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for their real estate requirements.
  • Manage residential sales teams to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, leadership, and motivation.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored services that meet those needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive growth in commercial sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential/commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of property types such as flats, houses, villas, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
