Job Description

Identify and pursue new sales leads, partnerships, and business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate. Develop and maintain a strong client database and build long-term relationships with customers, agents, and investors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business prospects. Organize and participate in site visits, client meetings, property expos, and promotional events. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans for achieving targets. Prepare and present business proposals, project reports, and real estate investment pitches. Meet sales and revenue targets as defined by the management. Maintain knowledge of real estate laws, policies, and current market conditions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
