The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for flats and villa sales in Kochi. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, investors, and channel partners. Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed property information. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (required). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
