Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with real estate experience to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly. Generate leads through various channels: digital platforms, cold calling, site visits, referrals, etc. Conduct site visits and present properties in a professional manner. Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. Handle negotiations and assist in finalizing deals. Coordinate with builders/developers and handle documentation processes. Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competition. Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting to the sales manager. Req Qualifications: *2+ years of real estate sales management experience. *Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. *Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team.
