Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotes and proposals, managing the sales process, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining our CRM database to ensure effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and identify potential customers.

· Communicate with customers through phone calls and in-person meetings.

· Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.

· Utilize specific software programs to manage the sales process effectively.

· Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database to ensure efficient customer relationship management.

· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

· Actively participate in sales team meetings to share insights and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Sales of Real Estate, Sales of Insurance, Credit Card, automobiles or Loans.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
