Located in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, the internship will span over 6 months on a full-time basis from Wednesday to Monday, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. As an intern at Radiant Gain, you will engage in activities such as cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing, understanding client needs, coordinating property visits, staying updated on market trends in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR, generating leads through multiple channels, supporting deal closures, and earning incentives on successful conversions. Additionally, you will schedule and attend client meetings, work from project sites to acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned properties, and learn valuable sales strategies from experienced professionals. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresh graduate from the 2024 or 2025 batch with strong communication skills, fluency in English, a desire to learn, grow, and establish a career in real estate. Owning a vehicle for site visits is considered a plus, along with an interest in sales and client interaction.
