Role Description

• Generate and manage leads through various channels
• Conduct property visits, meetings, and client presentations
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
• Build strong relationships for repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• A passion for sales and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Self-driven and target-focused personality
