Hiring: Sales Team Leader – Residential & Commercial Real Estate Urgent Requirement | Navi Mumbai We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader with solid, real on-ground experience in residential and commercial property sales. Must-Haves: Minimum 4 years experience in real estate sales (residential + commercial) Strong in calling, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures Existing network with brokers, investors, and direct clients is a big plus Fluent English is mandatory (spoken + written) Confident in client meetings, site visits, and deal structuring Ability to lead, guide, and track a small sales team Male & Female – both can apply Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead enquiry to closure Lead a small sales team (telecallers + sales executives) Plan and execute daily calling, meetings, and site visits Work on residential and commercial mandates with Dhyaan Maintain proper reporting, follow-ups, and closure tracking Build and grow a network of brokers, channel partners, and investors If you’ve been closing deals, handling clients, and you know how to move numbers – this role is for you. 📍 Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
