Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional, based in Patiala. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating sales, and assisting in closing transactions. The role also involves understanding and meeting client requirements while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. Staying updated on the real estate market trends and property values is essential.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets
• Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with the Patiala real estate market is an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
