Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional based in Mohali district. The role entails engaging with clients to understand their property needs, managing property listings, and conducting property viewings. Additional responsibilities include negotiating sales deals, maintaining excellent customer relations, staying updated with market trends, and following regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including understanding of market trends and property management
• Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to negotiate deals effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills; ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude with the ability to work onsite
