Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include guiding clients through property transactions, assisting buyers in finding suitable properties, securing pre-launch deals, maintaining relationships with property developers and clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless real estate experience. The role also involves educating clients on market trends and investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property industries
• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate sales or consulting is highly desirable
