Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The individual will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties and providing top-tier customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining updated knowledge of the real estate market. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and mutual success.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with the real estate market in the Greater Kolkata Area is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
