Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support

• Prepare and review necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures
• Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and handling enquiries

Skills

• Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and negotiate effectively with diverse clients
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base and facilitate international transactions
• Exceptional organisational skills to coordinate appointments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transaction processes
