Job Description – Pre-Sales ExecutiveCompany: Treksbe Properties (Powered by eXp Global India) Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Industry: Real Estate – Residential Luxury Properties Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversions. The role demands excellent communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to understand client requirements for luxury homes and investment opportunities in East Bangalore. Key Responsibilities·       Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, and online platforms. ·       Qualify and nurture leads by understanding customer requirements and budget. ·       Explain project details, USPs, amenities, pricing, and payment plans effectively to prospective clients. ·       Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales managers. ·       Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups until handover to sales. ·       Provide pre-sales support to the sales team by preparing presentations, brochures, and project information. ·       Achieve monthly lead qualification and site visit targets. ·       Ensure a seamless client experience with proactive communication and service. Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream). MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience: 1–4 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or client servicing. Real estate/insurance/banking/IT sales experience preferred. Skills: ·       Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred). ·       Strong customer handling & persuasion skills. ·       Ability to multi-task and manage client relationships. ·       Basic knowledge of real estate CRM tools and MS Office.
