The candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting property presentations, converting prospects into clients, and driving successful closures. Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound client interactions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Understand buyer requirements and recommend suitable property options from our exclusive inventory. Conduct site visits and property showings with clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups. Close sales deals and assist clients with the documentation and booking process. Stay informed on current market trends, project launches, pricing, and competitors. Update and manage leads and sales progress on the CRM platform. Coordinate with internal teams for project details, pricing, and inventory updates. Key Requirements:1–2 years of real estate sales or construction-related selling experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven ability to convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets. Strong knowledge of local property markets (Whitefield and surrounding areas preferred). Well-versed with CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms. Must be self-driven, proactive, and passionate about real estate. Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
